| Ray enjoyed a long and successful career in the molded plastics business, where as President and CEO of his own company, he developed a proprietary molding product that revolutionized the business. Ray has also been on the board of Mechanics Bank since 1978. He brings 28 years of compliance experience to AER Advisors as well as experience with all aspects of the stock market. |

| Thomas Steffanci |
| Tom has more than 40 years of experience in the investment business, including head of the bond department at Fidelity Investments. He is the Chief Investment Officer of Glencrest Securities in Claremont, California. Tom has had a long and distinguished career, including as director of fixed income at Trust Company of the West. Tom has been a portfolio manager, trader, and manager. Mr. Steffanci holds a PhD in Economics and Finance from the University of Connecticut. He also holds a Masters degree in Economics and Finance from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College. He brings tremendous experience to AER Advisors in all aspects of the markets and product development. |
