| Carol A. O'Leary is the co-founder, President & CEO of AER, where she researched, created, and developed the concept for the actively-managed Alpha ETF Trust. For the past eight years while Carol has been President of AER Advisors, Inc., she has been representing Alpha Research with online brokers and potential users of the trademarked Moneyflow Stockpicker™ and Alpha Stockchecker™ products, which she developed and trademarked, as well as filing for the first actively managed ETFs in the U.S. Prior to AER Advisors, Carol owned and managed her own media company for sixteen years. Media Planning Services, Inc. planned and placed media in the continental US, Canada, and Europe for over 25 clients, including Mobil Oil, LensCrafters, and the American Skiing Company, using television, radio, print and internet advertising. |

| David J. O'Leary, CFA, is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of AER Advisors. AER Advisors, founded in 2000, has been an affiliate of Alpha Equity Research, the company David founded in 1994 after leaving Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Company. Alpha Equity Research recently merged into AER Advisors. |
| David has had a long and distinguished career in the investment business spanning 35 years where he has worked as a portfolio manager, director of research, and a securities analyst. David is the mastermind behind AER Advisor's proprietary stock selection methodology. This discipline is largely based on the philosophy that stock prices follow earnings over time. The firm has consistently been able to identify sectors/stocks with improving or deteriorating fundamentals, providing timely buy and sell signals to money managers. David is a graduate of Harvard with a degree in Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |

| Janine L. Cohen - CFO & Chief Compliance Officer |
| Janine L. Cohen is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at AER Advisors. She has been with the firm since its inception and is responsible for the financial functions of the firm. Janine has more than 23 years experience in the investment management business, most recently at State Street Bank & Trust Company where she worked for 11 years and managed a department of 100 professionals providing third party fund administration services. She is a finance executive skilled in developing strategic business plans and implementing financial, operational and compliance systems and controls in rapidly growing financial services companies. |
| Janine is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting and Mathematics from the University of Minnesota. |

| Margaret M. Ponzer - Director of Marketing |
| Margaret M. Ponzer is Director of Marketing for AER Advisors and is responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications including efforts surrounding AER Advisors brand development, image and identity, creation of collateral vehicles, company statements and all public relations activities. With more than twelve years experience in marketing and communications, she is a seasoned project manager and expert in product launch and corporate positioning. She has launched numerous retails products, spearheaded corporate repositioning and branding efforts, and launched the first full service online retailer – still thriving today. |
